What's a hospital unit? Is that like a team within a hospital or a duty like taking blood samples and stuff? Or is it a place in the hospital that does specific things... like a wing?

First new guy doesn’t show up on time. Then new guy decided “hey, I’m going to leave for a bit, because reasons” and left everything a fucking mess. Guess who got voluntold to fix it as per usual?

Seriously, what the fuck is with new kids thinking they can come and go as they please at a job? This isn’t your local hangout, douche canoe. You work. The time you’re scheduled. Not when you feel like.

I got a phone call at 10 minutes to my shift that I needed to be 40 miles away at midnight. That didn’t happen. I was late. I don’t feel bad. And now I am done, and on my way back to my house. Some people should not have jobs. Because it would be easier for the rest of us to just do the job without having to clean up the mess they leave.

It's damn scary, and truly dangerous. I've been that way too... Though no for being awake too long, but for just being burned out. Too much work and stress for too long.
There were times I woke up halfway to the next lane. Luckily my way to work was extremely quiet, nobody coming towards me.
