Now on to “Bullying Basics”, and I feel like this is text book definition. Wild thing is bullying is typically 70% male and 30% female. And females typically bully other females to males on a 2:1 ratio. Seems like this is the least common form of bullying going on here, Musey!

Indeed. They are only ok if you are within set length and thigh width ratio. Similarly with tights. Awfully uncomfortable, even impossible to wear.

Well... it is complicated. the stockings that attach to garter belts are long and sit "thigh high"
However "thigh high stockings" are designed to be worn without a garter belt. They have elastic at the top and usually something akin to a rubber gasket to help them stay up.
And as MM says... they feel tight and with even slightly generous thighs they indent in a most unsexy way...or at least it feels that way
