Should I have more toast or save the bread to make croutons for soup.

I have, they're delicious. Also nice with Liver and Bacon. Chopped finely and fried and mixed with brittle crispy bacon and used like 'crumbs', sprinkled over the top. Best done with the type that doesn't have the big pieces of fat in it. Only works if the gravy (or Jus if ya posh) is in a jug though.

I love it with sprouts and bacon too. And .... my penchant for Black pudding (shut up!) is becoming obvious lol. Put into Chicken breasts, wrapped with bacon, bacon and black pudding Kiev's 🤣
