Os that the weight you’re repping? Impressive! Usually throw 115# for a 15x4 on the raises then load up the plates on the leg press and use that as an additional alternate to standard raises. They’re solid, just can’t get them to really horseshoe out.

Meh. Used to carry two at a time. Back when I was actually fit and not rocking the dad bod. Pretty much the only thing that remained from those days are my legs.

Edit: oh, and long hair. I used to look way different. πŸ˜‚

Fully get that. Being sick just sucks the life out of you. Also hate the first few session back when you lose some of the muscle memory πŸ˜’

My form on some lifts tonight was shocking, having to drop 10kg on some wasn't a nice feeling either.
