Nothing serious. Asthma didn't like my body oil I guess - or then it's just the fact that cleaning brings up dust. And my hair was wetter than usually, which is probably the reason for y neck getting tense.
But no idea why my legs are complaining. Has happened like this for the years. Have to check my iron maybe, though it should be ok...

Good point. My asthma medicine (Innovair) can cause potassium deficit, and I usually only drink mineral water in the summer... that would be an easy one to fix!

My asthma meds do that to me too. I actually have a prescribed potassium med because my labs keep showing a deficiency.

Here doctors don't even talk about it! I only found out Innovair can do that a few months ago, and I am pretty sure my previous medicine did too. Because, I can't survive summer without mineral water anymore. Growing up I could do with tap water.
