I think that woven button up is pretty much the ticket. It is coarse enough to provide continuous stimulation to her nipples with every movement but won't catch and damage the fabric. As to limiting posture goes, that varies again. Do buttplugs restrain posture? Yes for some, no for others, is my experience. How a butthook is positioned on rope or belt or structure - or free of restraints, for that matter - will also alter how the wearer’s posture is affected. A belt can sometimes have little effect except for big twists at the waist, but mounting one affixed to the wall or sturdy post likely would limit a lot of motion range. Having one tied off firmly to clamp(s) on something tender will typically keep the wearer’s attention on careful motion!
