1. @Mr_Soup impressed me the weekend he went to that wedding. @Ingenue844 impresses me with how resilient she is.
2. My work ethic. It's damn near killed me at times, but I still am at it to make sure my family is taken care of.
3. I always miss home. However, I do miss both Ft McClellan and Ft Polk where I served. Just for a memory lane visit. The only time I was outside the country was when I went to Ottawa in High School, but it was super beautiful.
4. Slow dance. I have no physical rhythm.
5. I used to. Haven't in a long time though.

There's nothing impressive about putting somebody in a wrist lock and pinning them to a wall at a wedding. Some would even argue it's frowned upon.

Well, thank you. I take care of my people. :)

On topic: Who is your favorite dragon?
Honestly, it depends.
Right now, the first one that came to mine was Shenron from DBZ.
Talk about all-powerful. And the way he and Goku became friends at the end of GT.

From a newer guy to the forum.

What would be your perfect "Me" day?
Waking up. A strong session with a beautiful woman.
Spending the day with her, not worrying about life stuff.
I miss those days to be honest.

I will try. Any suggestions?
Well... if getting to the coast is too much of a commitment, at least get to a city beach in Seattle or Tacoma.
Owen's beach in Pt Defiance Park in Tacoma (a pretty place altogether)
Or, for a beach that almost feels like the shore (east coast style), go walk Alki Beach.
Lots of great food to be had on that stretch too.
Wild outer coastal beaches? I think everyone in Washington should visit Kalaloch and Ruby beach at least once.

I expect a report back my friend. You have 6 months.... 😘

Wanna play tour guide? lol

I think I have been to Owen's. Just when I think of beach, I think of the East Coast ones.
There was one in Des Moines I went to a while ago. Just it was so rocky and a bit of a let down.
Does that make sense?

Ya, that DesMoines beach is rocky, but rocky beaches have their charm too. But expecting it to be a beautiful sandy stretch is a good way to be disappointed. there are sandy beaches, but you gotta go where the water is high enough energy to create that.

Loaded question.
Only a few of my relatives have come over to visit.

Seattle Aquarium for sure.
The zoos up here are alright, but I try not to push them because the National Zoo in DC is the standard for me.
Of course the Space Needle and what used to be called the Experience Music Project.
The ships up in Bremerton and of course a Ferry ride.

I think that's a start

I didn't realize until recently you are an east coast transplant (not that there is anything wrong with that 😏)

Here's the thing.
My daughter made the statement to me that I lost many of my connections with the East Coast because I have lived up here longer than there. I left home at 18, did my couple years in the Army and came up here where I met her mother. We married, went back East for two years, then moved back here.
East Coast=18+2=20.
West Coast=2+24=26
Yet my accent still returns every time I speak to my mother or whenever I am over there.

It's difficult to maintain meaningful relationships that are bicoastal.

Where is the place in the world that most feels like "home"?

What are some things we can touch upon in our questions that you would like more of?

What are the top 5 things you value?
-5 things tangible
-5 things intangible

Tangible: My family, my friends, my job,
Intangible: Honesty, respect, understanding

Can only think of three of each.
