I haven't been to church in years (surprise, surprise, right? lol) At least not a regular one.

4" is more than a bit much for church imho. Whether it's traditional or more modern. I plan to have my feet in slippers as much as possible when I'm 60 years old.

And when it can't be slippers it's going to be cute sandals or tennie's because when I'm 60 I plan to still be going strong!
 
I was laughing about the shoes and slippers.

I am only 48 but work in a brutal industry so I am on concrete or climbing which is hard on my calfs and feet. Anyway, my feet hurt at the end of the day, enough so I was hobbling. I went to a podiatrist about it last week because it was enough of a problem. Anyway, one of my problems was going barefoot or in socks around the house, so now I got slippers to help provide support. It makes a HUGE difference. I just feel old now... as I am relegated to wearing slippers!

Feet pain is kind of why I feel for ladies that are expected to wear high heels for long stretches of time though. It's not easy, and foot pain is not fun. Hopefully someone will read this though who is struggling like I was, and start wearing good slippers and start feeling better.

Proper foot care is SOOOOO important. Especially as we get older and just as much for men as for women.

Hmmm, maybe I should stop running around barefoot all the time? It feels so good though! I have nice carpet in most of the rooms in my house. Does that count towards proper foot care? :giggle:
