High heels

For whatever reason, I love the look of a high-heeled shoe dangling off an attractive foot. ;)
Me too.

I especially love it when the act is pretty random, or said another way... candid. Like when a lady is having dinner at a nice restaurant, waiting for a plane, or talking on her phone in a park.

My ex-wife would often look for guys that noticed, then deliberately heel pop, dangle or shoe-play more, and tell me their reaction as she did so. It did not happen all that often, but was fun when she did.

I think I'd be happy with other shoe play too... Perhaps I'd have to suck it and see...

I didn't see any wedges this Summer... Was there a cork shortage?...

I think high heels tend to be quite timeless, but wedges are more of a fashion trend, and it's just not in vogue so much now.

I am not a huge fan of them myself, but I am sure they will come back into vogue in the near future. My ex-wife liked wearing them because they were more comfortable, and easier to wear than spike high heels.

I think you're spot on! They're more stable, and comfort is key. Though I agree they're less appealing, I can't help thinking if She's happy, with Her feet/toes upon a platform, I'm happy too... 🥀

I think spike heels are harder on a lady as they get older too, so wedges have some advantages. In particular... BALANCE.

I judge no one. My sense of balance is getting worse as I age too, and I work in an industry where I am working at heights everyday. The other day I was only 220 feet up, but at a spot where I could not be tethered, and I got to tell you, I was a bit leery of moving from ladder to grating without being hooked. I suppose there is a bit of a difference from 220 feet to 4 inches, but I just don't have the same sense of balance that I used to.

I guess that is why I am so impressed with Faith Dickey slacklining at 2000 feet in high heels. :)

Love to watch the dangle tease hanging the shoe off her toes..without losing the shoe...but I lose my mind.. o_O 😜
