I have one in my "to be finished" pile. It's about a guy who is having erectile issues, and stops in a Chinese storefront to get some "ancient Chinese secret" herbal medicine. But he misreads the label and takes waaaaayyyy too many pills. He wakes up in the morning with two very erect dicks. His girlfriend loves it. Most of the story is the creative ways they find to have sex. But then, when he is running low on the pills and goes back for more, the storefront is gone!

I've got a Diphallia story in my WIP folder as well. Something off with it, but now that I'm back to writing, I'll probably revisit it once I wrap up what I'm currently working on. Going with the standard medical condition on mine rather than the fantasy route.
