What's cookin', good lookin'? Part II

Yesterday I had cray fish, scampi and shrimp (not in picture) and Västerbotten cheese quiche.
It was all really good but especially the cray fish and the quiche were superb.

Kräftskiva!!! Drool. I want some of that now. It’s been years since I’ve had Västerbotten quiche and now I need some. Neeeeeeeeed!
 
Linguine al limone.
Still experimenting with this one, but a bit more salt and taking a bit more time to thicken the sauce and I’ll be happy with it.
 
Leftover lunch, aka sweet potato and black bean patty, boiled egg, sauce made with roasted peppers and cashews, pearl barley.
 
I made beef stew that I just seasoned with whatever I had to season with.

I don't know *why* I made beef stew, given that it's still 90 something degrees outside in the daytime, but I did. :LOL:

Also, I posted this before I had any of it.

Having tried it...this stuff is hot as hell.

I love spicy food, but it's making my eyes water and my nose run! :ROFLMAO:
