Not usually that long. Mine usually go through in 2-3 days depending on what time of day I submit. You might want to PM @Laurel to see if there's a problem.

Ok. I was thinking it may have been because it was illustrated. All of my older stuff would clear or be rejected within 48hrs, but most was roughly 3,000 words. My best friend did two 40,000+ word stories, but both cleared within a week.

Ah. I was going to ask if you'd uploaded a file or pasted the text of your story into the "New Story" field. That also makes a difference in approval time. If you upload a file, Laurel has to go through it and insert the HTML tags for any special formatting before publication. I've never submitted an illustrated story, so I wouldn't be surprised if those take longer to get approved. The site guidelines are really strict for those.
