18 U.S.C. §§ 793, 2071, or 1519, including the following."What law, name the statutes.
It didn't blow up in their faces just because Trump and his minions (including Republicans in Congress--all who deserve to be voted out of Congress) are trying to construct a lying tower about it.From what I have read, the FBI/DOJ/NARA were trying to be as non political about it as they could....and it still blew up in their faces...go figure.
Yep, and they are all employed in your country.....think I care? *chuckles*Only the best people...

HOLY SHIT....LMAOThe FBI refused to give Trump's lawyer a copy of the warrant after she requested it.
Further, when she was given access to it, the contents of the warrant (those pesky things like what's being searched for and where it's supposed to be AND what crime is alleged to being committed) were ALSO SEALED and she wasn't allowed to see that nor did the FBI provide that information.
So, basically, everything you're saying isn't exactly true. Parts might be, but the whole truth isn't being said.
Imagine that...
Boomity!Trump’s lawyers have a copy of the warrant. They have declined to release it. We all know that information in a warrant is very limited and that the more revealing information is in the affidavit. That doesn’t mean the warrant is useless. I’m sure Trump’s legal team has valid reasons for not releasing it but people on all sides are asking to see it. They should either release it or explain why they won’t.
You must, you have sooooooooooooooo many opinions on their outstanding qualities.Yep, and they are all employed in your country.....think I care? *chuckles*
Good for you, it's not my reality, or clusterfuck......*chuckles*You must, you have sooooooooooooooo many opinions on their outstanding qualities.
Meanwhile back in reality, it's a complete clusterfuck.
How so?
You are not trying to have a factual debate with a person who claims water is carbon based are you?How so?
Like I said, the warrant was SEALED by the court. Trump can't "release it" because his copy, if he has one, is also SEALED and the information you want him to release isn't in his possession. How so?
The warrant that was handed to 45s lawyer was not sealed and they could have released it. There are no laws against doing so. You're full of shitLike I said, the warrant was SEALED by the court. Trump can't "release it" because his copy, if he has one, is also SEALED and the information you want him to release isn't in his possession.
All he can do is "call for the release" of the information. Which is what he's doing, and what the article says.
Boom.
He absolutely could have released it. He did request the DOJ to release it and fortunately they did. Better that way I suppose because if he’d released his copy there would no doubt have been tin foil hat speculation about whether or not it was altered.Like I said, the warrant was SEALED by the court. Now it’s being reported that the Tump lawyers say the seized documents include attorney-client privileged material and that DOJ has refused a request for an independent special master to review the seized documents. In the interest of transparency the FBI should absolutely comply with that request.
Sure, Trump has too much respect for the courts for him to ever violate their orders.Like I said, the warrant was SEALED by the court. Trump can't "release it" because his copy, if he has one, is also SEALED and the information you want him to release isn't in his possession.

This happened during Trump’s presidency. He would have been able to find out exactly how many classified and nuclear-related docs there were, and prevent Obama from getting anything at all.President Barack Hussein Obama kept 33 million pages of documents, much of them classified. How many of them pertained to nuclear? Word is, lots!
Melrose Place takes place in the United States, brainiac. The United States.... Melroseplayshas nothing on us.
Thats why transparency is so necessary. FBI agents are not always honest and trustworthy either.Trump lawyers, who said originally that they weren't given the warrant?
Yah, they're trustworthy![]()
They've released the warrant and the inventory list Trump's lawyers have not released anything.Thats why transparency is so necessary. FBI agents are not always honest and trustworthy either.
Yes, its good that they have released those documents, especially in light of past shenanigans. Now they should allow an independent master review of the seized documents. They've released the warrant and the inventory list Trump's lawyers have not released anything.
The former President can file a motion for them to do so. At this point, since they haven't, I believe none of their accusations are true and instead are meant for political points.Yes, its good that they have released those documents, especially in light of past shenanigans. We don’t know at this point. It’s been reported that a request has been made and denied by the DOJ. The source was not identified and the DOJ has refused to comment, so the report has not been verified. There have been no reports of whether a motion is needed or has been filed with a court. The DOJ should comply if or when a request is made. Transparency is really important on both sides. The former President can file a motion for them to do so.
