The warrant didn’t say where the docs were supposed to be? I’m guessing that the address is actually on it.

When cops have a warrant to search an address, they search the entire address, not just certain rooms.

Like I said, the warrant was SEALED by the court. Trump can't "release it" because his copy, if he has one, is also SEALED and the information you want him to release isn't in his possession.

All he can do is "call for the release" of the information. Which is what he's doing, and what the article says.

The warrant that was handed to 45s lawyer was not sealed and they could have released it. There are no laws against doing so. You're full of shit

He absolutely could have released it. He did request the DOJ to release it and fortunately they did. Better that way I suppose because if he’d released his copy there would no doubt have been tin foil hat speculation about whether or not it was altered.

Now it’s being reported that the Tump lawyers say the seized documents include attorney-client privileged material and that DOJ has refused a request for an independent special master to review the seized documents. In the interest of transparency the FBI should absolutely comply with that request.

This happened during Trump’s presidency. He would have been able to find out exactly how many classified and nuclear-related docs there were, and prevent Obama from getting anything at all.

The former President can file a motion for them to do so. At this point, since they haven't, I believe none of their accusations are true and instead are meant for political points.

We don’t know at this point. It’s been reported that a request has been made and denied by the DOJ. The source was not identified and the DOJ has refused to comment, so the report has not been verified. There have been no reports of whether a motion is needed or has been filed with a court. The DOJ should comply if or when a request is made. Transparency is really important on both sides.

There is not report of a motion being filed because there isn't one.
