Chaotic Coffee Klatch (tea also available)

Just got 2 loads of tofu ratatouille in the freezer. The kind that is cooked (in a crock pot) after thawing, not before freezing. Had to do it before the eggplants go bad.

Now where was I... yes, something to eat and a shower. It's been a sweaty day, and tomorrow will be worse.

You're always busy, always doing something or the other. Unlike the lazy me. I like that

That sounds really good. How do you make it?

Basically chop and mix everything, put in a bag & freeze it. Then just thaw it and throw it in the crock pot for 5-6h on low setting. This is the first time I am freezing it like this, or plan to do it in a crock pot, but ratatouille is so simple I am confident it will work. (Done a few versions before, in the oven or on the stove.)

This recipe is in French, but one should be able to figure it out even without major language skills: Ratatouille au tofu à la mijoteuse

Eggplants are bad at the best of times.
