Far from their promises of proving some grand conspiracy involving January 6th, it appears the Democrats, using the power of the nation’s federal law enforcement apparatus, are trying to take Donald Trump out with selective enforcement of provisions that are normally handled in a civil, not criminal manner. Where have we seen that before?

None of this is a coincidence, and none of it is justified. Even if Trump was in possession of some documents that needed to be archived, that is the kind of thing that has historically been dealt with in court, not with an FBI raid, and the former president was fully cooperating to this point.

Meanwhile, Hunter Biden has been implicated in multiple federal crimes and his house hasn’t been raided. Hillary Clinton was proven to have illegally retained classified information on a private server, and her house was never raided. This isn’t about Trump not being above the law, as some on the right have naively proclaimed. It’s about a completely different set of rules being applied depending on what political ideology someone adheres to. In simpler terms, it’s about blatant corruption.

Further, it’s about baiting the trap.

This is more about equality under the rule of law and the independence of our justice system from the executive branch. For 5 years democratic leadership along with the DOJ has selectively chosen to play an adversarial role which benefits the democrat party, weaponizing our justice system. Perp walking Navarro, charging Flynn for process, raiding and arresting Stone using terrorist tactics, prosecuting individuals with conservative views for contempt of congress while Holder and Lerner were never charged for the same offense. The justice department dragging their feet on the Hunter Biden laptop hiding behind 'IT'S AN ONGOING INVESTIGATION" for at least 2 years where it's obvious they're protecting Joe Biden from impeachment and possible prosecution later on down the road. Nothing more needs to be said about Clinton or how Sussmann tried in a DC court ruled on by an activist judge and a compromised jury. We as a nation are in deep trouble, Lady Justice is no longer blind. What's alarming is the left doesn't care about equal justice. The addition of 87,000 IRS agents will bring the total count of personnel nearly as large as the active Marine corps. Nothing can go wrong there??? LMFAO Just ask Lois Lerner. LMFAO

The IRS, when contacted gives as much bad advice on how to fill out your tax forms as they do giving correct advice and when you're audited, sayin that you followed IrS advice isn't going to cut it; they'll criminalize you over their own incompetence.

Simplify the tax code and get rid of 75% of the IRS, unfortunately we have corporatist politicians getting rich off the present tax code. We need to institute term limits on congressional service. Lunes complain about IRS backlog, I believe that's more about mismanagement than workload. When a bureaucracy is bloated, inefficient and ineffective you don't make it bigger thinking that'll fix the problem.
