Doing a quick Google search, it looks like there has been some evidence that CBD (the non-psychoactive ingredient in cannabis) could help with reflux. Is CBD legal there? It’s legal a lot more places here because it’s non-psychoactive and won’t get you high.

Packed Ginger is actually been helping reduce muscles spasms and inflammation for a thousand years. CBT when formulated right will also do this.

I have (though those names are unheard of here). But they don't actually solve the cause which is the muscles, not the acid. They just deal with the effect. Those acid pump blockers also have side effects like lessening the intake of some vitamins because they mess with the digestion.

And when my gut is totally bloated, those meds don't work at all. At most times I don't even need them, if I avoid certain things - like mint which is prone to relaxing the crucial muscles.
