Chaotic Coffee Klatch (tea also available)

They are, but this huge gin revival that's been going on for a while...they add a lot more things than juniper, so some of them are way more floral or herb infused or whatever (they make some great ones in Scotland).
Oh yeh I have some of the infused ones but I still prefer just a fry gin.

I’m really not keen on liqueur gin though. I love Boé it’s Scottish, it’s lovely 🥰

I looked into the snake wine a bit more, and I have to share.

1. First, I forgot that it's supposed to make you more virile. Drink up, guys!

2. I stole this from Wikipedia too so that you, too, could be grossed out. Apparently there are two types. Neither of these sounds like a great idea.
  • Steeped: A whole venomous snake is placed into a glass jar of rice wine or grain alcohol, sometimes along with smaller snakes and medicinal herbs and left to steep for many months. The wine is drunk as a restorative in small shots or cups. The snakes may be inserted into the container while still alive, causing them to drown on their own, or the snake may be stunned first by being placed on ice, after which the distiller cuts the snake open, guts it, and then sews it shut again. Upon removal from the ice, the snake will briefly reawaken and thrash around, before curling into an aggressive striking pose and dying. The latter method is sometimes preferred because the removal of the snake's digestive tract can noticeably reduce the pungent smell of the finished wine, and because the snakes often die in a coiled position that is visually attractive inside the jars, suggesting the snake was fierce in spirit.
  • Mixed: The fresh body fluids of the snake are mixed directly into prepared alcohol and consumed immediately in the form of a shot. Snake blood wine is prepared by slicing a snake along its belly and draining its blood directly into the drinking vessel filled with rice wine or grain alcohol. Snake bile wine is made by mixing the alcohol with the snake's gall bladder and bile, and snake heart wine is made by putting the still-beating heart of the slaughtered snake into a bottle of alcohol.

Most pretty good bars can make an Aviation, so that's for sure a good thing to try somewhere. (The Ginger Rabbit is for sure a DIY cocktail unless they're prepped for it.)

I was out in Portland last month and discovered this, which I liked very, very much, although I can see that it might not be everyone's thing:

Rogue Pinot Farmhouse Gin
Rogue is an excellent brewery. Haven't tried any of their distillery products, but will when I have a chance ❤️

Nonsense. I get the same shit. I'm either too gay, have the wrong parts, don't like being talked to like trash, or yes, too extreme. Don't cater to the haters
Just wanted to say I luv you so damn much, screw those bastards. Or better yet don't and they miss out. 🥰
It's more for my own piece of mind, I like connecting with people but I don't like spending hours building a connection only to be told later down the track that they think I'm a freak. One thing to think I'm a freak when you don't know me, but another after I have put effort into you.
Idk I'm not opposed to them learning about their inadequacies...humble yourself dudes 😂😂😂😂🤭
True but people rarely see their own faults or differences just everyone else's 🤣

True. But we are what we are. Those who would say that about someone who's invested the time in getting to know them are trash. I may be a freak, but at least I'm not trash. You're fucking awesome. Not your fault that your light is blinding.

Thank you! Actually, it feels a lot better today. No real pain out of it, I'm not on narcotic painkillers, feeling alright. I probably could have gone back to work today, but I opted to take it easy. :)

Hope you're alright. Have you found a job? :)
Not yet 🙄😕 But soon I hope!!
You have to try Bombay Sapphire! Best gin I’ve ever had.
I think I’ve had it before, but not since my twenties, I think. And at the time I wasn’t really noticing the nuances of what I was drinking 😂

How did I miss this? The Botanist is my absolute favorite. I might be very slightly biased by the fact that it's made on Islay by the Bruichladdich distillery, but it really is a fabulous gin.
I was very happy, considering it was a little more than I wanted to spend but it was worth it. Though then I was making my drinks maybe a bit too strong because it was so smooth 😂

I just found my new motivational speaker whenever I need a pick me up!
That’s our Nat! She’s the awesomest! And it doesn’t matter that isn’t a word, Nat qualifies!
