Chaotic Coffee Klatch (tea also available)

Well now that you’ve removed the excuse of I can’t draw a straight line as my reason for not knitting. Now we are going with I just can’t bring myself to try. Not my style!

I much prefer to browse Lit and talk to random people than subject myself to knitting. Is sewing still a thing? My grandma use to do that all the time!
Not my style is fine! Just not letting you get away with that straight line excuse!

I started knitting in a serious way before cell phones had actually fun things on them, and I had to spend a fuckton of time in hospitals and waiting rooms with my second husband. I hate not having something to do. It's a great thing to keep you hands busy anyway. In public. :ROFLMAO:

you already had a second husband before cell phones had things? I keep thinking of us as young again. sigh.

Ha, I did not even have a cell phone until I had a second husband!

But also cell phones did not start amusing me much until smartphones really. The early ones were more boring than knitting.

I am just wondering if these ever get worn, and if they do, could I stop laughing long enough to get off the floor?
Maybe the intent is to get you on the floor!

I’ve never seen or used them, but I can’t imagine walking into the room wearing only the Peter heater and still feeling manly enough to get up and lay the smack down.

I've knitted quite a lot on airfields - my ex has model planes as a hobby and I joined him on some competition trips, even other happenings.
