Why don't libs like statutes as written?

What I write keeps being deleted. But as I have shown by posting the relevant statutes, what I write is perfectly legal-- everywhere except Nebraska. Why am I incorrectly cited for violating non-extant statutes? You know... I wasn't a flaming rightist before... I WAS really more of a libertarian... but being figuratively called a thief for owning a Lamborghini is quickly turning me into one.

It is just frustrating. This place has rules. The rules are silly and unrealistic. Not following the rules results in a denial for not following the rules... But what totally screws with my head is that FOLLOWING THE RULES gets a denial for being SILLY and UNREALISTIC...

Uggghh...

I guess Smashwords is the answer... aidios.
 
Um... if you don't like the rules, go someplace else. Bitchin' about it here only gets you trolled and will never, ever, get the rules changed.
