There is indeed plenty of dancing. Would probably be able to dance every night for 2-3 week this time of the year if I was fit enough and had the money.

The seller gets to her own new apartment on September 30th (I got the feeling it might be in a new house). And apparently it's common to finalise the transaction early on nevertheless. If I get to keys later than agreed, she will have to pay me a fine, 500€ per every starting week.
