That's seasons for you. We got between 30C on the summer to -20C in the winter (if you take the extremes. In Lapland even colder.)It's like the heat just won't let go for very long. But soon we will be saying, "Damn! It's cold out there!!"
We will drop well below freezing in the winter. It makes it fun....That's seasons for you. We got between 30C on the summer to 20C in the winter (if you take the extremes. In Lapland even colder.)
Apparently I am still too groggy to type well, missed the minus sign. The coldest ones are -20C in here. In Lapland sometimes even below -30C.We will drop well below freezing in the winter. It makes it fun....

It is, but cold is easy to deal with when you are prepared.Yeah, that is pretty damned cold!
They don't have the Gulf Stream evening things up. Without it Northern Europe would be much colder.on average the range in northern america is wider than in europe or at least used to be
True, a lot easier to warm up than cool down.It is, but cold is easy to deal with when you are prepared.
Are you sure you get enough potassium and magnesium? Those make all the difference for me in the summer, or when getting plenty of exertion (like dancing and sweating for 4h straight). The heat plays havoc with my head as well. The migraines are far worse in the summer.
I get plenty of that stuff, but I mashed my brain, so I get procedures done to help. The heat and humidity just make it worse. Are you sure you get enough potassium and magnesium? Which is why I make sure I drink mineral water that has plenty of those.
Between the heat, the humidity and the brightness, it is a killer. For me, summer glare is a huge trigger for migraines.
Me to. Especially when I was younger and still on the pill, but even now. Have to have sunglasses with a really good coverage. For me, summer glare is a huge trigger for migraines.
