What a bunch of pussies. Who really gives a shit, besides a bunch of Fox haters, in that context?

“and Mus”

Haha!

Butters thrusts hard into that thread title, banging away at the keyboard with FRESH BREAKING NEWS and BAM…. She face plants into the Character Limit.

zumi be a good boo and fire up that monkeys typing meme!

"Passage of time" thing. It's 21 years since the attacks, and it was just about 21 years after the end of World War II that we got Hogan's Heroes, the concept of which would have been considered the ultimate in bad taste in, say, 1947.

It was a questionable idea at best, but inevitable in a sense.

When is CNN going to apologize for
Showing a food line they claim that was during covid, when it was from the prior hurricane
Showing the parking lot of a large car dealership and telling people it was the crowd at a foodbank.
Trying to get the Covington kid killed.
Still telling people Rittenhouse shot two black people
Trying to get Rittenhouse's mother killed by lying and saying she drove him there.

The least one can say about it is that it was absolutely tacky as all get out.

But those aren't Las Vegas fountains outside Caesar's Palace, those are memorials to dead Americans. Which took quite a long time to actualize, like damn near a decade after the attacks.

and given the Fox corporation's overall bent towards kowtowing for emphatic patriotism, it seems awfully hypocritical that the groupthink that enabled persecuting Kap's knee bows as shitting on the flag would sign off on making the 9/11 memorials a virtual billboard to a sports game.

but what you said does track for this country's general fickleness...and capitalism talks, so...

Don't see the big deal. Its been 20 years. It might me tacky, hell it is tacky but America is nothing if not the king of tack.
