Duly warned and she ignored a federal order. She was caught up in the moment and, unfortunately, paid the ultimate price. It was on her, not the officer.

“Therefore, if you reach an agreement on a time and place for your testimony, I will waive Executive Privilege for you, which allows you to go in and testify truthfully and fairly,” Trump added.

yeah... first off, trump's claims of privilege for bannon don't hold water, and (secondly) the notion of appearing live is an attempt to make the hearings into a clown's shit show. The panel's said they will proceed the same way they do with every other witness: they come in and speak to investigators, then testify in recorded sessions under oath. Only then, if the committee decides to have them as live witnesses do they get to go in front of the tv cameras. We'll see if bannon agrees to this or if he just wants to play to the maga base in undignified outbursts of crap.

I suppose you missed the part where the capital police opened the doors and welcomed the rioters into the capital. The unedited videos show the majority of the riot was peaceful until the FBI inciters took charge. Who do you suppose were the people wearing black hoodies and masks were? Why were the majority denied bail and held? This was a set up and Trump bought it....The real culprits are the demolizards who had the talking points all orderly and in place while the riot was going on. No one was killed except that one woman and not one single gun was found inside the capital building, not one.
