That's 4 pieces of advice, not 2. Unless we're doing a holiday BOGO no one told me about. In which case it's 2 free pieces of advice with 2 extra free pieces of advice?

Counselor, objection sustained.

For the record, Lance is from Teh Great White North, where the metric system is used. It could also be argued that Lance is usin' PatriotMath™ , where "2+2 equals whatever you want it to be as long as your really Really REALLY believe it", or perhaps he's usin' BoBoMath™, where "2+2=5 and if you don't accept this then you r a racist totaliterian authoritarian lefty commie fascist"!

Umm, yeah, ok.

It's a bit early to be drinking that much boxwine even for you. You should hold off at least another 20 minutes or so before pouring your 8th glass of the morning.

Oh my fucking God, rock!!!!' I just discovered your secret.

It's not your innate intelligence
--yes, YOU ARE far wittier than the average Lit-ster-- And innately more intelligent
--- but no more than 10-15 digits.

It's the fact that, as a lawyer in training, you were trained +++ in Critical Thinking.
I just did a 500$ 3 -months part-time paper on CRITICAL THINKING , and I feel that it will steadily but surely up my IQ

Why do you people hide and appropriate the courses that placed you at an advantage, instead of sharing this info with us?

Hey, that’s great ‘tag.

I think a law degree is the one to have in terms of learning how to think…

anyone who spends a few years reading four or five hundred pages a day of how various complex human problems are resolved is bound to learn a thing or two about human relations, behavior, negotiations, good, bad, right, wrong and all kinds of people and businesses.

The only thing anyone needs to know is "I want a lawyer." Thats it. No more or less.
No comment and plead the 5th come after getting a lawyer, never ever before.

"But they'll think I'm guilty!"
They already do, get a lawyer.

"But it will make them mad!"
You're gonna be super mad when they throw your ass in prison

I’m sure lace is all aflutter with this endorsement.

Their job is to build a case against you.

If you want to help them put you away, talk to them.

This is also an important piece of information.

  1. Never talk to the police

    3. "it's a trap"
  2. Never talk to the police even with your lawyer present.

  3. Never allow the police to search your car, or any belongings, without a search warrant.

  4. Never take a plea - over 95% of criminal cases now end in plea bargains instead of going to a jury trial, the concept of a plea bargain isn’t mentioned in the Constitution and would have been foreign to our founders. What should we make of this dramatic change in the criminal justice system? Are plea bargains beneficial for defendants and necessary for efficiency? Or are they “coercive,” depriving defendants of their right to a jury trial?

Yes, I often suck up, undignifiedly to Rockasbah
but this wassn't about that.

I often wondered why East Europeans score lower than Scandinavians & Americans on iq tests
despite doing far better in Math and Chess.

It's because they're never taught Critical Thinking -- in relation to Verbal fluency and appraisal -- in school.
They're taught 1-2 months of Logic, but this is viewed as low-end as opposed to Math.
I'm gonna try to practive the paper (wow, excellent teaching, 10 times worth the money) over the next 6 months, and I'm convinced that my posts' IQ will jump a bit in 6 months.

I would similarly challenge Ish, who claims that African nations scoring lower on IQ tess
is a reflection of them lacking brain cells.
