January 6th Prosecution vs. Trump - Loving Updates

Stories coming out about the SS denying all of that. Dunno what that will do to or for what's her name's credibility.

Isn't Number One usually ion the back seat somewhere? If so, how would they have access to the steering wheel?
i can't find the article i saw on this yesterday, but it said a s.s person said, technically, it would even be possible in 'the Beast' which has a partition between front and back seats that could be reached through when lowered. But he wasn't in that vehicle but in a different SUV with even less space between front and back seats so, yes, doable.

Her testimony was clear, forthright, and not the work of the kind of snakes we' see weasling their way through depositions. If Ornato lied to her, and Engel didn't then or to this day say Ornato had it wrong, then her reporting of what she was told and what she observed (their shaken demeanors) isn't up for discrediting. They have already sat through taped depositions, apparently, though i don't know if they were recorded before her testimony or since.

Bloodlust isn’t a typical Democrat supporter trait, so it’s interesting to see people here who think of themselves as liberal, inclusive, compassionate, open-minded… foaming at the mouth to see President Trump captured in a dawn raid with his hair all disheveled like Saddam Hussein.

And the comparison may turn out to be apt… as Hussein didnt have any WMD and wasn’t involved in 9/11.

But that says more about each of you than the Democrat Party.

I would like to see him and his inner circle barred from seeking public office, much like an SEC ban on holding a Board seat of a publicly traded company.

But I doubt you’ll ever see him convicted of anything having to do with his pigfuck of a Presidency…. And it would probably be better if he faded away like Nixon did, otherwise America just tarnishes itself.

Her testi-lying specifically claimed that this occurred in the Beast.

We also have to remember that there are at least a few SS who are more devoted to He The Orange than they should be.

Let's stop right there to allow you to pin down your premise (or not).

Can you cite posts from posters "who think of themselves as liberals" that have welcomed that? If not, you know what what sort of shit you're engaging in, right?

Her testimony was based on what the agent said or what she assumed. Hardly dismisses her recollection or what the agent said at the time.

There’s video of what he was in

Someone was waving around for a second or two

These guys would take a bullet did Trump, we are supposed to believe their accounts now??!

The media are treating her account which was made under oath and a lot of anonymous sniping as being essentially equivalent in credibility, showing that these idiots have learned exactly zero from the thought processes they used to cover Trump for four decades.

pat cipollone's been subpoenaed by the jan.6th committee.

he's previously given an informal deposition, but his lawyers said: “Of course a subpoena was necessary before the former White House counsel could even consider transcribed testimony before the committee."

now he's received it, "it'll be evaluated as to matters of privilege that might be appropriate.”

Eastman voluntarily withdrew his lawsuit that sought to block the Jan. 6 Select Committee from gaining access to his phone records, according to a filing late Tuesday.

In the filing, Eastman’s lawyer, Charles Burnham, wrote that that the committee had assured in their motion that they were only seeking his call logs, not the content of any of his messages held by his phone provider, Verizon.

In an op-ed this Wednesday, the Editorial Board for the Washington Examiner declared that the testimony Tuesday from former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson "ought to ring the death knell for former President Donald Trump’s political career."

"In short, Hutchinson was a conservative Trumpist true believer and a tremendously credible one at that," the Board writes. "She did not overstate things, did not seem to be seeking attention, and was very precise about how and why she knew what she related and about which testimony was firsthand and which was secondhand but able to be corroborated."

The Rag Examiner is as Orange as Brietbart and OANN. There's an angle to that report.

Until/unless others show up to testify under oath, her under-oath testimony is good to go.

That has not stopped “fake news” from their “alternate “”facts”” News that starts in Tweets is never news! Unless you are Giuliani of Trump, then those are the facts! Russia loved this !!

We are stuck on a cycle of American stupidity.

Where’s Walter Cronkite for THE facts to debate??

The board Trumpettes were born to lie.
Rush Limbaugh built his career telling angry white men lies they wanted to believe. Limbaugh's lies have been documented since 1994, but it made no difference in his popularity.

By the time Donald Trump ran for president millions of Republicans had been trained to believe what they wanted to believe, and to disbelieve what they did not want to believe.

News: At least one of the “witness tampering” messages Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) disclosed at the end of the hearing – warnings by unnamed Trump allies to stay loyal to the former president – were sent to Hutchinson, according to a source close to the matter.

It wasn't just Rush, its most talk radio. Even when they get to the right conclusion they get there for wrong reasons.
