You should post some of the other photos from Argentina, they were really good.As above, I am in Argentina looking at stuff way beyond the vegetation zone. 12000' and above actually, so very dry and technically a desert. No llamas, alpacas around here, but they are a few thousand feet below. Thanking Mr Musk for his starlink satellite service.
It's not going to be much of a sexy post. Most days it is drop the thermals for a towel down and put them up again. It's not wise to drink or use the water here at camp due to the high natural arsenic content. So you get an undies post from before I left for the airport and and quick change at LAX within the quick change to Miami. Nothing really sexy during my stop in Buenos Aires and the acclimatisation slow drive up north and up and up and up, so just lots of scenery photos.
Just for interest, the white around the test trenches is salt, but volcanic mineral salt, not evaporated sea water. It is very high in lithium and other concentrates.
Otherwise, the local diet of meat meat and a side of cheese and meat is half killing me, and without a shower in a week the long drop trench no longer assaults my nose, so you wouldn't want me around until after a shower when I head back down again later on the weekend. Skies are clear so night time is the Milky Way and all the nubulae in vibrant colour.
Living in thermal layers for so long would not be fun if you couldn't shower. I am sure you would not wear that nice underwear out with that.
