What’s your most controversial opinion?

You shouldn't disagree with me.

Somebody disagreed with me once.

Once.

I believe some, but I wonder if they put as much effort into their marriages as online. Online is easy.
Women, too, but I don’t see them say it as much. The sexless marriage seems to be a mostly man mantra.
Yes of course. I'm sure that for some is true. It's a very interesting concept. Someone should research this further 😂

My husband came to Lit because he was in a sexless marriage 😂

He was honest with the women of Lit about that but couldn’t be honest with me about the women of Lit. Does that make him only half deceitful?

I talk to some of those guys. The ones I like are those who are trying to learn more about how they can show up for their wives and be better husbands. I have all the time in the world for them. There are good dudes here. I just prefer the ones who are straight up with their SO. It's a maturity thing for me.

Does that have to do with the sexless marriage comments, or is this something else?
Nah, you gals, aren't generalizing and lumping all sexless marriage men as a single category. And I can't see you mocking anyone for their unfortunate predicament.

It is an interesting subject though.

I have seen many men and women come to Lit with that claim. They all deal with it as best as they can. Some, like you stated, kinda suck at it. There are at least a couple Litsters I know, one a man, the other a woman, both in yearslong sexless marriages that died without ever getting resolution or peace with it. People are complex. Make mistakes. Is what it is. There are worse things than that to deal with at Lit.

US needs to reduce the number of Federal Holiday. No more than two per quarter.

January - New Years (Abolish others)
February - Presidents (Abolish others)
March - none

April - none
May - Memorial
June - Civil Rights (Combine current days from January and October)

July - Independence
August - none
September - Labor

October - none (Abolish others)
November - Veterans
December - the 25th (but with changes)
I'd much love my time off of work thank you very much
