I am usually up by 3:30 am and enjoy sitting outside on the deck or fishing off the pier with my coffee while naked. Fortunately, I have a secluded house on a lake, so I rarely wear clothes while home.

4am rise. Coffee, strong and black. I was In The army for 6 years so a 445 wake-up is the way I like it. (Altho sometimes sleeping in and getting really good sleep is also great.) I’m a really light sleeper and I often don’t sleep well.
