DeSantis is easily the best governor in the country. He led Florida safely through the so called pandemic and kept it open for people to celebrate their freedoms.

The left had to have something to attack him so they made up the lie that he had no support from African Americans. With Elon Musk coming out and endorsing him today he now has the support of an African American.

And he's all about not only criminalizing consenting sexual behavior among consenting adults, but criminalizing people who advocate that intimate sexual acts between adults should be legal.

Basically, this guy is "Giving people their freedoms" in the same fashion that the Taliban is giving Afghan people their freedoms.

So, if you believe Afghanistan under the Taliban is the model society to which the United States should aspire to, then at least be honest and admit that. You will at least earn a smidgen of respect for this one honest statement. Saying you like DeSantis because he "Gives people their freedom" is like saying you like Xi Jinping because he gives Chinese people unfettered capitalism.
