Honestly the idea that Trump wanted to deploy the National Gaurd three days prior to the event shows a pretty huge problem. The Election Certification isn't normally something that has a large in person audience. Nobody cares, its a formality.

Those people would not have been there, certainly not in those numbers without Trump inviting them to the capitol to fight like Hell or lose their country forever.
