So I cant seem to get my stories format correct for publishing on the sight any help would be greatly appreciated ty

There isn't really any special format. I just type my stories in Google Docs, leaving a blank line between paragraphs. Then when I'm done I select all, copy, and paste into the Story Text box on the site's New Story page. If you're trying to do fancy stuff like different fonts or special indentation, that's discouraged in order to give all the stories a more-or-less uniform look.

Thanks I wonder what it is that's causing the kick back it's not content or size

I'm not clear what you mean by kick back. Is the story being rejected? The rejection notice should include an explanation of why the story is being rejected. What does it say?

Formatting issue something about paragraphs and I fixed that and got the same thing

Look carefully at your dialogue - start a new paragraph for each speaker, and don't combine speakers in a paragraph.

Also look at paragraph length - avoid long paragraphs so you don't have walls of text.

My guess though - your dialogue isn't broken up.

Kool I'll check it I do have a lot of dialogue
Check if your paragraphs are too long. Like electricblue said above, long paragraphs come across as walls of text, which is really rough on people reading on tablets or phones.

My first several stories were all rejected for that reason until I got into the habit of using shorter paragraphs.

Good luck getting it figured out!

Thanks I'm going back through it now
I suggest you copy and paste into the submission box, and Preview. That shows you exactly what the story looks like when published. You can then edit within the Form - WYSIWYG.

Before you load it though, do two Returns at the end of each paragraph. That guarantees the necessary para spacing - which you will see in Preview. Ignore anyone who says you don't need to do that - it's foolproof, so do it.

Finally, to get an idea of a good paragraph length, take a look at any of my recent stories - it's automatic for me now to write with "lots of white space", so your text reads well on any device.
