I've had an absolutely horrible Crohn's day today.

So since I'm a new author and don't know everyone; Ask me anything.

I was 15-5-0 with 10 KO's
I've been involved in the sport of boxing for 3 decades.

My husband was a Gold Glove boxer and boxed in the Air Force. I've kicked around the idea of doing a story about a boxer, but haven't gone anywhere with it yet.

I've been involved with martial arts, Kenpo and Tai Kwon Do for um...forty years because I'm getting annoyingly old.
Used to compete and did fairly well, back in my twenties to early thirties before I messed up my shoulder,, but in the ring and all the rules people who were more technically proficient could win in non contact. However, in the real world when it counted I was hell on wheels because there were no rules and that was my element being a street rat and all.

I'm a big TV Sci-Fi Man.

I absolutely miss spicy foods.
Cuban and Mexican foods probably the most.
