Immigration, legal or illegal, is not invasion.

Sure if you ignore the definition of invasion.

Oxford via Google.
an incursion by a large number of people or things into a place or sphere of activity.

Moar Oxford
invade something to enter a place in large numbers, especially in a way that causes damage or problems

to affect something in an unpleasant or annoying way

to encroach upon
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/invade

to intrude upon:
https://www.dictionary.com/browse/invade#

Google will show you that Collins, Stanford, McMillan and others all say pretty much the same thing.

Someone making force entry into your home unwanted is a "home invasion".

Forcing your way unlawfully/unwanted into someone's affairs is an "invasion" of their privacy.

Making force entry into someone's body, is a "bodily invasion".

And illegal immigration, is also an invasion...... definitively so.

Learn your words peck.

You really ought to give liberalism a look too..... it's still not defined as "Whatever (D)'eez say it is!!!" :D

The current immigration laws are outdated and need to reformed to address the problems that have arisen. They were created for the patterns of migration that occurred in the 1960s. Shocker that we have diff patterns now....who would'a thunk it?

Asylum laws specifically need to be reformed to allow for different methods of determining eligibility. The courts are overwhelmed and backlogged. We need specific courts set up to handle the claims faster and built specifically for these cases. We need resources allocated to address representation and we need to look at ports of entry to see if they can add more or adjust current entry points to address surges as we've seen.

I'm sure Congress will get right on that. (^人^)

It's not what J.S. Mill would have called it, either.

J. S. Mill, the famous and arguably the most influential liberal philosopher of all time had a far better grip on the concepts of liberalism than you my authoritarian control freak friend. ;)

But now he's about as relevant as Aristotle.

Hey peck, Try entering into any country illegally and see what happens to you. The immigrants are taking YOUR money for social services.

Where do you think that money comes from, a money tree? How about the MS 13 and others who are deported and murder while here, only to be released by your liberal DA's to commit crimes again. Then, when we do arrest these criminals, who pays their interment for years? Wake up you idiot. Stop them at the border. A secure border that was already paid for that Biden reversed! How smart are you phuckers anyhow?

Nobody comes here for that. They come to earn more money than they can in the old country, or in some cases to get away from dangerous or oppressive environments.

Immigrants, including illegal immigrants, are generally more law-abiding than native-born citizens. Crime is not a problem they present.

Absolute BS.

"Illegal immigrants cause crime"[edit]

  • Whilst a common cry of the anti immigration brigade - and the font of endless anecdotal "evidence" - the facts don't support this. According to FBI statistics in Arizona in 2008, despite the increased presence of illegal immigrants, crime rates have actually dropped, while the population has increased.[23] Only 8% of the prison population are immigrants, which also includes legal immigrants as well.[24]
  • Furthermore, El Paso, Tex., and San Diego, Calif., cities that border Mexico and have a significant population of undocumented immigrants, have the lowest crime rates in the U.S.[25]
  • "...between 1990 and 2013, as the foreign-born share of the United States population nearly doubled and the number of unauthorized immigrants more than tripled, violent crime declined 48 percent and property crime fell 41 percent."[26]
  • If you mean crime against illegal immigrants (which happens) that is "caused" by them only in the sense that it would be impossible if they didn't exist.

According to my fifth aunt on my sister's side, who is your cousin's supervisor this is not correct that this is not correct ^^^^^^^^
