They believe that the failure to adjudicate means innocence or support's the rallying cry by the left that *there's no there there* WHEN WE KNOW THERE WERE SEVERAL IRREGULARITIES especially concerning mail in voting and the possibility of fraud. I'm sure, had some of the cases brought before judges, had there been evidentiary hearings it would have at least exposed some of the irregularities in the 2020 elections, would have set the foundation for some real legitimate discussions and litigation on voting procedures that protect voters from having their votes diluted.
