Honestly? Like really just a whole looot of practice. You spend 6-8 hours a day just drawing and scrutinizing your work and comparing it to artists you admire. There are a lot of useful guides online and art forums where they’ll kick your ass if you don’t take criticism well.

anyone can draw, though. Like, anyone. it just depends on how many hours you’re willing to sink into it that makes the difference.

Your artwork is great, I love the eyes since that is something that I particularly struggle with.

thank you. I’m happy you think so. If you aren’t averse to a bit of practice, i used the two guides below to practice eyes, as well as copying and emulating artists that I like.

I know they aren’t much but the most important part of learning how to draw is to get the absolute basic fundamentals down. The rest is just stylization.

I do though I recommend that anyone wanting to draw digitally always start out with paper and pencil.
