Me too!

Years later I found out about the all the girls who would flirt with me and had crushes on me and I was totally oblivious.
I had a school crush, literally from 5th grade through high school. We had a class my junior year of hs and sat next to each other but I never got vibes she was interested. During high school graduation her parents coincidentally sat in front of my parents, and when my name was called my mom heard her mom say "that's the boy she has a crush on"

I was going to the movies and Wendys with a guy in college. My friend asked how long I was going to date him. I laughed and said we're not dating. "Does he pick you up?" yes. "Does he pay for everything?" yes. "You're dating him. Idiot." 😂

Lol. Just reading that, all I could think was "this sounds like a date"

Did you end up knowingly dating the guy?

Nope. Freaked out and he ended up moving away. Had dinner with him and his wife about 10 years ago. Sometimes he calls me when he's drunk.

Sounds like you left a good impression on him at least. I grew up with a fear of rejection, so I figure that's why I just naturally didn't notice things. I never wanted to assume. I needed to be flat out told they were interested lol

I assumed automatic rejection too. I was the only girl in my class who wasn't a cheerleader or on a sports team. (It was a very small school)
