Give me some ideas? mind control victim character

I'm trying with a sketch of a story. The base is: Main Character is a woman kidnapped by Mind Control Villain Doctor. FBI rescues her and a number of other victims in his possession, who were at the moment undergoing "conditioning". It was both physical, changing their bodies, and mental. The process got interrupted, so the Villain didn't turn them into complete mindless animals yet. Still plenty was done.

I want your help with ideas, _small_ ideas about the contents of MC conditionings.
The rules are: she has full control of herself, however, in certain situations she has involuntary reactions. She doesn't get stupid, she doesn't get automatically horny, she doesn't follow commands directly.

For example, when wearing a pleated skirt, if she doesn't focus on her actions while sitting down, she would move her hips and ass so that the hem is moved away and she sits on her ass. Further, she would involuntary keep her knees a foot apart, and, without further attention to herself, she might move the hem so that her pussy is revealed. Other examples, when caught naked/exposed, she would have to make a conscious effort to cover up and to continue keeping her hands covering. When seeing a man her eyes would automatically focus on his groin first, or, during conversation, without conscious effort, her eyes would drift to groin. Same rule for women, who she knows her to be lesbian, and she would check their breasts too. She can't raise her voice on "person of authority", like a police officer or senior member of her job. If such person raises his (her, if lesbian) voice on her, she would have her body "snap to attention", with her breasts pushed forward somewhat. Her senses are very acute to smells/signs of arousal and sex, like instantly seeing a man with a boner.

So, this is my request, to help me make a bigger list of _that_. I hope I have it clear enough.
I'm not sure Real Ugly Life will let me finish it, but I will try. If not, probably this can serve someone for inspiration.

For whatever reason (test scores in college, family connections, etc) she was selected to be turned into a seductive assassin/spy. As you said, the conditioning wasn't complete.

After her rescue she appears to be the same meek mild-mannered person she's always been. But when she puts on black stockings her "confidence" in herself, her self esteem, is increased. She'll dress sexier, be more flirty, more prone to initiate sex, but also not take any crap off anyone. Then, next day she's her old self again, not even understanding why she acted that way the night before. Perhaps part of her conditioning prevents her from suspecting it was something that happened when she was being held prisoner.

And if you want to go a bit further - with each successive incident she more and more wants to use her feminine wiles to help free the evil villain from captivity.

(Yeah, I know that's not what you were looking for, but I like my ideas even if nobody else does -- and maybe there's still something you can use.)

Then I think the main development path is her own fight with this enforced change of her nature, her acting and her habits. Maybe she is shocked and fights it a lot in the beginning, but the more she explores this new way of being, the more she is able to relax and to enjoy everything.

Maybe a list of special actions like the sitting positions you described is not necessary. Just let her go through some situations and let her act a little more loose and seducing than a woman would do normally - until she takes notice and surpresses it - or go with it willingly.

Then I think the main development path is her own fight with this enforced change of her nature, her acting and her habits. Maybe she is shocked and fights it a lot in the beginning, but the more she explores this new way of being, the more she is able to relax and to enjoy everything.

Maybe a list of special actions like the sitting positions you described is not necessary. Just let her go through some situations and let her act a little more loose and seducing than a woman would do normally - until she takes notice and surpresses it - or go with it willingly.

She is fully aware of herself. My focus (I hope I can keep it) in the story is personal drama and character development, from average into exhibitionist submissive, and finding out that it is not necessarily bad.
A bit of suspense/detective/general sex story would hopefully come along.
