The vultures are wasting their powder on this issue, which is fine with me. We just need Biden for this one term. He's already president--and he's doing as a good a job as folks will let him do. Falsely unloading on him as vultures are doing is just a waste in my mind. I don't see him running again. Therefore he doesn't have to overcome falsely created reports on unpopularity to try to influence future outcomes. He just needs to keep doing his job and keeping the Trumpers from destroying everything.
He is a shadow of the man trump is.![]()

President Biden lost popularity because he dealt with two intractable problems that lacked easy or obvious solutions.
The first was the War in Afghanistan. The fact that the Taliban could survive for twenty years demonstrated that it had popular support in Afghanistan. We could have remained in Afghanistan for another four years. The courageous decision was to leave immediately, get it over with, and take the consequences.
The second was COVID-19. Republicans try to have it both ways. First, they oppose efforts to fight the pandemic, such as vaccinations and the use of face masks. Then they blame Biden for the people who continue to be infected and killed by the virus.
When I voted for Joe Biden I did not expect him to work miracles. I expected him to make difficult decisions, and to demonstrate the gravitas so lacking in Trump. From Biden I have received what I voted for.![]()
Why? Its very simple! trump is a PATRIOT who loves his country, Biden is a communist who sold his soul and who sold out his country! Its as simple as that!
“President Joe Biden is now so unpopular that he has fallen a bit below even Donald Trump. Real Clear Politics average of presidential approval polls has Biden at 41% approval and 53% disapproval. Trump’s corresponding 2018 approval number edges Biden at 41.4%, with disapproval at 53.9%.”
It is a bit of a stretch to say Biden is less popular than Trump at this stage of their presidencies. The numbers are so close it’s more reasonable to say that Biden and Trump’s popularity is pretty much even. But the precipitous drop for Mr. Biden, and the seemingly endless trajectory is absolutely stunning.
I attribute it to 3 main things:
1. Incompetence. The most notable display came with the Afghanistan withdrawal, but many other examples hit the news daily. Covid, the border, terrible personnel decisions, etc.
2. Cognitive decline. Covid allowed him to minimize public appearances during the campaign. Now that he’s in office, Americans are witnessing his confusion regularly. We all cringe when he speaks.
3. Inflation. First he tried to deny it. Transitory he said. Now he’s pivoting to a cocktail of empathy and silly gimmicks like suspending the gas tax.
What are your explanations?

Appreciate the input from Biden sympathizers. Consensus seems to be that he hired bad communications people (Jen tries…she has to work with the putty she was given), he’s not fit to seek a second term, and of course the standard “let’s change the subject and talk about Trump.”![]()
Unless you've been living under a rock Biden has always been less popular than Trump. That's probably why Biden lost the election.
Another one of those kinds, huh?
As far as the Republican Supreme Court is concerned Biden won.![]()
Naw, he's doing everything as right as could be done considering the mess Trump left and the Swiftboating the Trumpers continue to do.
You know, you Trumpers are just running out of gas. Sometime this spring someone's going to be brave enough to drop the first Trump indictment. Then, when they do, the indictments are going to start raining down from all corners. Even before that, his finances will be in complete shambles.
And the board Trumpettes will be left without having developed any half-way reasonable backup plan.
Your teeth are falling out. You don't scare anyone anymore.
Lol. Biden was never on a Swiftboat. I think he’s able eat solid foods though, as long they feed him small bites.

Bad communication.
Covid variations and communications of precautions as well as botched testing program
Inflation and poor communication
Putin and poor communication
I would have fired my communication staff months ago.
For Covid, he should've hired a czar to be the one source.of truth.
Any and every single thing regarding the economy that can be done, should be done and declared loudly....not behind the scenes.
Telling the American people more clearly why Ukraine is of importance would also be a good thing
The rights oversimplification of messaging makes it easy for them to deploy and difficult for even savvy politicians to combat.
Biden's approval rating is now climbing for the first time in months: https://graphics.reuters.com/USA-BIDEN/POLL/nmopagnqapa/
Let's say Biden cleaned house and brought on an entire new staff,
I would submit that you're going to basically end up with the same result
unless they completely sequester him and run a shadow government.
If this administration were to be likened to a chaotic system,
he's the strange attractor. His cognitive decline is noticeable.
He's become his own caricature and punch (-drunk) line...
