A LOT of the problem is that any time a woman does post here, she gets overwhelmed with gross, entitled, demanding, unsuitable, vile, unfuckable men, and many women just give up and leave.

What you fail to consider is that a genuine female here, because of the hugely favourable ratio, does not need to "post" at all. She can simply assess from a distance and PM whomsoever it pleases her. A totally simple way to avoid dealing with all those oh-so-"entitled" men...

I don’t want to sift through other people’s posts to deduce who I might want to PM. I want to suggest clearly what I’m after and let men who believe I’m female, or are willing to give me the benefit of the doubt, and who are interested in what I’m looking for, a clear signal.

Hmmm, I’m not sure what the answer is, but it seems a shame to have genuine (I know, I know, my word only) posters put off in case they’re frauds. Won’t that just increase the proportion of fraud vs genuine posts?
