For this reason, I stopped buying air fryers...

I got one recently and don't understand the fan fare about them. It's a convection toaster oven. My regular oven is a convection oven. It toasts a bagel pretty good though.

They just make weeknight dinner so much quicker. No need to preheat the oven, air fryer can do all the work of a convection in 1/2 the time. I’ve got the Ninja Foodie XL Pro, can do 3 levels of cooking in there. Knocks out the protein, potatoes, and veggies in like 25 minutes!

Mine is air fryer, pressure cooker, crock pot. Got rid of all the other appliances along with the deep fryer.

So, if I want to "fry" something in my convection oven, what's the drill? And what about cleanup...will my oven be a greasy mess?
