I can feel the sands shifting beneath us. It wasn't long ago that Progressives were howling that everyone MUST be FORCED to get the vax, liberty and free choice be damned and we will just have to shut everyone who won't obey out of society until they either starve or comply.

..but now that elections are getting closer, things have changed to "hey, let's change how we count covid cases, and it's okay if you don't want a vax, it's your choice and let's end all these mandates and vaccines.

I expect that if the Dems managed somehow to retain power, we'd go right back to the jackboots and the demands for obedience. Luckily, that won't happen.

You said that there are no mandates in the United States, Sir Ogg. That isn’t true. SCOTUS upheld the Government mandate for HC workers only at facilities that accept Medicare/Medicaid dollars. That isn’t all of them, but is in my opinion, a bad ruling. Your opinion of it because it they may be “exposed” to covid or “spread it” falls empty since the so called “vaccine” does neither. If it was a REAL “vaccine,” like the smallpox vaccine, it would prevent transmission and prevent the vaccinated from getting the disease. Heck, the so called “covid vaccine” doesn’t even prevent you from dying from covid. It might, but that’s not the same thing.
