Well, this money won't be directed at me because I'm ok but it will help a lot folks in Pa.

Since I have a nice beachside place in Florida, that's easy to do. If I were in PA and subject to the dictates of Wolf and that Frankenstein in a fright wig, I surely would have lots of issues getting out.
