Lol....Pa is Republican controlled in Harrisburg, especially in the Legislative branch and the Senate. It has been this way forever. The only exception is the Governor, and even that goes back and forth.
I will do my due diligence to find out which Republicans may have supported putting money towards infrastructure repairs and I doubt it was a lot of them.

The real problem here is PA(2nd to Idaho(which is Republican as well) with failing bridges) is the need for federal dollars. And against it's the Repubs who have killed this time and time again.

Yes, it was deemed unsafe in 2011, IIRC. Monies were allocated to shor if up in 2016, but Democrats pisssed away the funds on sexier things like bike paths and "green" projects. Now 10 people are injured.
