No free monthly checks for kiddies. No $1200, $600 or $1400 checks sent to everybody. No gimme money programs to basically anybody who applies (even if they later went to jail for defrauding the programs).

Joe's programs are all investments in businesses, not Donny's socialist commie money giveaways. Remember the the first one of Joe's term was simply fulfilling Donny's commitment that Mitch whelched on. Joe hasn't proposed one since, or even considered more.
