We're living in it. The New World Order is simply the post-Cold-War international order. That's all GHWB meant by the phrase. It does not involve any sinister cabals, unless foreign ministries and state departments are counted as such.

What the NWO is, is an enlarged system of Westphalian sovereignty. The 1648 Peace of Westphalia established that henceforth independent sovereign states would treat each other as such, and there would no longer be any pretense that they were subject to any higher authority, such as the pope or the emperor. But, that only applied within European Christendom -- the rest of the world was fair game for conquest and colonization. But the age of colonial imperialism has passed -- what we have now is a system of more than 200 really independent states, which are no longer aligned into ideological blocs as they were during the Cold War, and each is free to pursue its own national interest. That is all.

What big push? The UN has no more power now than it had in the 1950s -- less, in fact, since the UN was able to field an army in Korea in the 1950s. The World Bank, IMF and so on are mainly concerned with protecting business interests. There is no significant movement for world government in any country, not even in the remaining Communist ones, and they're supposed to be internationalist in theory.

Globalism passed its peak. Freight companies are going bankrupt. Shelves are empty. In some nations, the elite classes are trying to restrict who is allowed to use the shrinking pool of resources. Europe may be particularly screwed, as Russia turns to Asia for selling its fuel and leaves Europe in the cold. But Europe's tremendous vax push may knock the population down enough that the people who would freeze to death are dead anyway. That is the new world order.
