We've mythologized the criminals too as the victims of an unjust society,
oppressed, profiled, targeted, abused, impugned by "The Right," etc....

But NYC Mayor Eric Adams is joining the call for Washington DC to step in
with, guess what? Gun Control. More common-sense laws like the ones our
big cities have enacted. Legalize the damage caused by Peaceful Protest.
No bail laws, it's not fair to the poor. Stop putting criminals in jail because
it only further victimizes the victim of society and White Privilege.

But I have a better idea for the compassionate altruists who have made
these laws: Broken Windows policing. It Works. It works well and better
yet, the honest citizens of your cities, the real victims of your good works
will thank you when you stop and frisk, prosecute the little crimes and
put some of these hard-core criminals in jail, for a long, very long time.

That's where your true compassion should be directed instead of giving
your "sinner saints" carte blanche to victimize the decent citizens.

A side benefit of actual fighting crime will be that your tax base stops
fleeing and eroding, leaving behind the working poor to your

"tender mercies..."



It's a no-brainer. Consequences for crime instead of rewards.

We need to stop having laws that it's okay to break
because you have empathy for the criminal and the

It's just so incongruent to be able to find that needle in a haystack,
the rare bad/incompetent officer of the court while being unable
