I just joined Lit a few days ago although I've been reading stories here and checking out the board for a few months. My name is Annie. I'm 24, single, and live at home with my mom. I know, boring, but I can't afford to live on my own yet. Yes, I do like to party, much to my mom's chagrin, but it's been a little slow in these days of COVID. I thought the same, but if you get the right writing partner your writing will improve. Trust me. Don't be scared!

You can also find that messaging a writer you like in the RP threads and asking them if they would be willing to write with you and help you improve you might get some really great collaborators to nurture and support you.

But if you don't want to that's cool. Still don't feel afraid to message an RPer or author and tell them you loved their work!

Dont be put off by people saying there are creeps on here. Just be polite to everyone and those that you connect with will be so much fun, and if there are any creeps they will kind of just fade away in the background.

I have had so much fun on here, very few creep experiences.

Some of the ladies on here are just... well............ amazingly exciting.

Northern VA? Up there it is either urban metroplex or tightly packed suburbs. Cost of living is more expensive, and real estate is through the roof. That's why I prefer the small towns of Eastern Virginia, on the peninsulas. Not too built up, plenty of space, friendly neighbors that value privacy, and affordable CoL, but you have to commute.

Do you prefer the city? Or do you like the outdoors? What genre of stories do you read that get you the most excited?
