Unfavorite Author

To open your favorite stories, you click on your account at top right and go to My Favorites.
But how do you open your Favorited Authors. I need to unfavorite an author but all my attempts lead to favorite stories only. (I don't mean follow author, that's different)

You can fave stories, but you can only Follow authors (according to my Control Panel, at least).

When I go to an author's bio page(assuming I'm logged on), there's a box to the right of his/her name that says, Add to favorites. If I click onto it, it says I'm already following this author. So by following him/her, you are also favoriting them. To unfavor them(unfollow assumed), it gives you an edit option.

Roper Trace is correct. Following and favorite(ing) authors are tied together. To unfollow/unfavorite an author I go to my Control Panel and hit the 'Following' option. All the authors you are following should have a blue check to the right of their name. Click that check mark to unfollow that author.

Same thing. You Follow an author, and they get listed as a Favourite.

To unfollow/unfave an author, you go to your Control Panel and untick them - as noted in Post #2.
