probably the best bass player (possible exception of Geddy Lee) i have ever watched or heard live.

The guy was a musician, played often for very low ticket prices, sadly they no longer have musicians like that.

That band should be way more of a household name than they are; most people only know Budgie as "One of those bands that Metallica used to do covers of."

Which is a shame as most of what I have heard- the stuff Metallica DIDN'T do covers of- is really quite outstanding heavy rock, or rather, metal before metal was a "thing."
