Ann Coulter called Donald Trump a "liar and con man" whose "grift is permanent" after made a thinly veiled attack on Ron DeSantis.

attacking t after his comments aimed directly at de santis but also those others who refuse to acknowledge their status...more in an attempt to deflect the bases' ire at himself for approving vaccines as safe and effective.
He said: "I've had the booster. Many politicians—I watched a couple of politicians be interviewed and one of the questions was, 'Did you get the booster?' because they had the vaccine, and they're answering like … In other words, the answer is 'yes' but they don't want to say it because they're gutless."

more and more are jumping into the fray, choosing between these two pieces of trash

the irony with coulter, of course, is that she's right about trump (so many of us have been saying the same thing for decades) but willfully fails to apply the same logic to de santis.

we know mcconnell's no fan of trump, but would he prefer de santis or can he more easily influence trump's actions?

there are others, too, who'd secretly want shot of the trump as soon and as far away as possible, but still can't stand what de santis' policies are bringing about in florida.

Coulter, who published the fawning book In Trump We Trust, E Pluribus Awesome! in 2016, has levelled a numbers of insults at the former president in more recent years.

During an interview on Andrew Sullivan's Dishcast podcast on November 5, 2020, she called Trump "abjectly stupid" and accused him of "directly betraying his base" for not building the wall despite this being his main campaign promise.

Is there any perceptible difference between Trump's and DeSantis' politics?

You could find them both on the same ticket. One term for Trump two for Desantis. Good times for America and several new hemorrhoids for Peck,:D

how about we put all 3 of them in a burlap bag and throw it in the river, then see who manages to survive?

Since I agreed with a great many of Trumps policies but thought him personally abrasive, that would be ideal. And unlike Trump. DeSantis has a chance.

Hey, never interfere when the enemy are in the process of destroying themselves!
indeed

as for the dimbulb you quoted, he misses the target by a mile as per usual

coulter's an out and out cunt. one who chooses to speak the truth only when it suits them and they see some advancement of their agenda by doing so, and even then only sparingly without it being anywhere close to the full truth. otherwise, yanno, sticks to what she does best.

except i'm not cosying up with the likes of coulter. the fact he seems to think that's what my post equated to reflects on his own life's "challenges"

hi zumi! :cattail:

Heya, Butters! Happy belated boifday!

yeah, it seems homeboy was pressed to say anything to counter the glaring reality of his party bifurcating in real time. He didn't like the morning news and he couldn't counter it, so he plugged his ears and went into the land of make-believe for comfort, as usual. ;)

it's interesting to watch it split, for sure

desantis, coulter, others backing d.s's political rise in power, while graham, mccarthy, greene and the jim jordans of the party are sticking as hard as they can to trump

and then there's mcconnell, who'll let it all play out and go with whichever side attracts more voters

While I don't align myself with Coulter on much ..she is 100% correct that Trump failed to deliver his campaign promises and he is just a grifter and criminal.

Oh, I get it! :)

You mean the same way you leg hump any Democrat in office who goes against the party grain?

You aren't able to "get it." I salute political courage that works to preserve the American ideal. When you do the same, I'll lift up the rug and salute you as well...not even you are too diminished to recognize when you do the right thing. The question is if I live to be a hundred, will there ever be enough time to appreciate and salute our in-house miscreant, Zumy?:D;)

That's what we're doing as we observe your level of cognitive ability in electing Joe Biden.

The one and only time I will respond directly to ReichGuide.

Joe Biden WAS the olive branch to republicans.

They took it as a sign of weakness.

The next Democrat to win the nomination may well be the anti-Trump: An extreme left wing idealogue who will be a "disrupter" in a different way.

Just never forget that it was the republicans who jumped the shark first by nominating, electing, and continuing to support the twice impeached one term loser.

JFC

SAD!!!

DeSantis will be president some time after Ralph Nader's third term.

But not immediately after.

Sanders could have been something like that, but he's too old now. AOC is too young. Warren is too Warren. And none of them are really "left wing ideologues." Really, I don't see anybody in the wings who could fill the bill. Maybe you can think of somebody.

Fuck off dipshit, Joe Biden wouldn't make a fig leaf to an unwiped ass, let alone an "olive branch." The only time he's been an olive branch is when he's sucking the toes of the nation's enemies. So, get back in the closet and do not presume to bring your idiocy into my space again.
